my back is aching now D:
because of the 5 stations
shuttle run - 11.8s (3 points)
standing broad jump - 175cm (3 points)
sit ups - 36 (5 points)
sit and reach - 46cm (5 points)
inclined chin up - 18 (5 points)
i chiong so hard because i want to get gold
but after doing so hard on everything,
i found out that i only get silver
teacher said that everything must at least have 3points
so that you can get a gold
yea, you saw it ..
all of the above i get at least 3 points but i still get silver
know why ?
because of my 2.4km run (-.-)
only a few secs to my 3 points ..
so you people tell me should i run again ?
i feel like but its so tiring !
i'm oh-so-lazy to run till my legs drop ~
few hours later, i'm having school
yet i'm stil here ! (=.=)
watching movie with ladies later on xD
